Mint Condition
INGREDIENTS:- 2 oz White rum
- 2 oz Lime juice
- 1 oz Simple syrup
- 1 each Sugar cube
- 10 each Mint leaves
- 4 oz Wild Basin Lime
Combine mint leaves and sugar cube in a shaker, and soak the sugar in lime juice and simple syrup. Muddle gently- ideally crushing the sugar into a paste without bruising mint leaves. Add rum, swirl, and pour into a pint glass. Top with Wild Basin Lime and chunky crushed ice. Garnish with a bouquet of mint springs.
